Tomeet the demand of lowcost, high efficient and stablephotovoltaic technology, printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells based oncarbon electrode (MPSCs) have been developed. High electrical conductivity ofcarbon electrode is a key factor to achieve high performance of devices. Highlyconductive carbon electrode can decrease the series resistance of device, thusimprove the photovoltaic parameters of short-circuit current (JSC) and fill factor (FF). Herein, we achieved a highlyconductive, low-temperature and perovskite-compatible carbon electrode andanother high work function carbon electrode. Both have better conductivity thanour previous benchmark carbon films. By introducing these two kinds of carbonelectrode into MPSCs, we achieved high PCEs of 14.04% and 13.6%, respectively.
