Professor Subodh G.Mhaisalkar , from Singapore Institute of Materials Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, visited Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics-Optoelectronics Energy Laboratory on November 23 and gave a talk entitled "perovskite Optoelectronics: Based on themulti-dimensional perovskite materials and photovoltaic light emitting device" in the A302 .The speech was presided by Professor Hongwei Han.Over more than 100 teachers and students from Huazhong University of Scienceand Technology, Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Materials Science and Engineering and other faculties listened tothe speech.
In his speech, Professor Subodh G.Mhaisalkar introduces lead-free perovskite materials and multi-dimensional perovskite materials application prospects in solar cells and light emittingdiodes. By having ABX3 organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite structure doped semiconductor material, mixing andsubstitution of materials to achieve the performance of all aspects of theregulation. In particular the development of a 2D perovskite materials, and implements the calcium perovskite material on the substrate controllable growth of perovskite solar cell device prepared compared to conventional devices withhigher stability in the air. Professor Subodh G.Mhaisalkar report structured,vision, engaging way, give us a systematic introduction to the field can beapplied to a variety of multi-dimensional perovskite materials.
